Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels

  • Report on overall ROI of lead generation activities and engagement metrics

  • Provide sales support through enablement initiatives for engagement, upsell, retention, referrals, and reactivation

  • Implement robust attribution modeling for campaign impact measurement.

  • Drive non-paid search and SEO initiatives for enhanced visibility

  • Implement brand tracking mechanisms to gauge and enhance performance, grow targeted website traffic, increase MQLs, etc.

  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g., SEM, email campaigns, affiliate marketing, etc.) and conversion rate optimization

  • Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize strategies

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making

  • Work closely with Senior Management and Sales teams delivering field marketing activities to support product and sales growth

About You

  • 6+ years in B2B/B2G growth or acquisition marketing with a proven track record and concrete examples of past successes.

  • Expertise in audience segmentation, promotion, and market research.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Hubspot, Tableau, and Webflow.

  • Hands-on experience in (but not limited to) SEO, SEM, social, paid and unpaid search strategies.

  • Proven ability to set, manage, and execute against budgets.

  • Strong understanding of performance analytics across the customer funnel.

  • Successful lead generation and customer acquisition track record.

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, AI, and technical audiences.

  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.
