Rental Ad Publishing Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Rental Ad Publishing Manager to oversee the creation, publication, and management of rental property advertisements across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure all listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for maximum visibility to attract prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of creating and publishing rental advertisements on multiple online platforms, including Zillow, Apartments.com, Rent.com, and other property listing sites. 
• Ensure all property information is accurate, complete, and appealing, including descriptions, photographs, virtual tours, and pricing. 
• Coordinate with property management and leasing teams to gather updated property details and availability status. 
• Optimize listings for visibility, including appropriate keywords and platform-specific best practices. 
• Monitor listing performance, track inquiries, and adjust listings as needed to improve engagement. 
• Maintain a schedule of upcoming listings, renewals, and updates to ensure continuous online presence. 
• Stay informed of platform policies, rental market trends, and industry best practices to maximize listing effectiveness.
