All American is an innovative, multi-category eCommerce store focused on showcasing and celebrating brands created solely in the USA. We spotlight the stories of American makers and founders alongside their products, to forge a deeper connection with consumers.

As Head of Marketing & Operations you will be responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing marketing & operational strategies including website design & development, all content, ROI-based digital marketing, demand generation, brand strategy & marketing, customer insights & care, and CRM. This role will build the ability to leverage data from the ground up, with a goal to provide rapid, profitable growth. Customer-focus, independence, drive, decision-making, leadership, flexibility, and communication are key to success in the role. This is a highly collaborative role in a startup environment where all job responsibilities may shift and shape over time.

 

Accountabilities

  • Digital Experience & Content: Own entire end-to-end customer journey including website content, website operations, product placement & merchandising, customer service, & CRM. Partner with Creative & IT to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Technology and Platform Optimization: Collaborate with IT, 3rd party providers, and internal key stakeholders to ensure the platform is up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with Marketing, IT, and other eCommerce vendors & third-party providers to create processes, optimize website and marketing performance, and streamline user experience for customers.
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Determine GTM strategies for customer lifecycle with a focus on acquisition & retention programs including email, SMS, Social and any other relevant marketing platform. Implement programs with hands on keyboard and / or through management of contractor employees.
  • Analytics: Choose & implement an analytics partner, establish reporting & KPIs, and monitor performance to identify opportunities & make data-driven decisions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the marketing & technology budgets, including forecasting, cost control, ROI, and overall profitability.
  • Team Management: Recruit and manage freelance or contractor positions with respect to the areas above, as business needs change.


Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, online marketplace management, marketing, or related roles.

Competitive candidates must be able to relocate to St. Petersburg, FL once the site is launched and live (i.e. by Q1 2025).



Benefits

Final package depends on candidate background and competitiveness, and can include base salary (expected range $150,000 to $180,000), performance incentives, and equity in the business. Benefits include 401K and health insurance.
